 At STHIEL PILATES & MOVEment Center you are going to find Instructors who are ready to meet you where you are in a welcoming, fun, knowledgeable, creative and encouraging atmosphere.  We understand how intimidating and scary it can be to start any kind of new type of fitness regimen-think- first day of Kindergarten or first public speaking event.  Yikes!  But, rest assured, the scariest thing you'll do is walk through our front door.  From that point on, we will be guiding every step, breath and exercise that you want to try.  And the options are many. Whether it's Pilates, AntiGravity Aerial Fitness, Aerial Yoga, Yoga, Fascial Fitness Mini Bouncing, Dancing...and my favorite-a combination of all of these modalities, we've got you covered.  We are MOVErs.  We are meant to move in many different ways. And because, as a civilization we are encouraged to sit a lot, we aren't necessarily moving enough.  If there's a chair, we're most likely gonna sit in it...for a long time.  But, that doesn't mean we have to stay in that chair.  And that's why we're here, to help keep you moving.
