This 45 minute class is a movement party and a class for anyone that wants to learn a new dance technique every month. We often pop over to local establishments after class to continue the fun. No dance experience necessary. Low-impact. Wear your comfortable (indoor only) shoes, bring your water, bring your friends! |
PILATES |

Pilates is as much a way of being as it is a methodology originally created by Joseph Pilates, in which the exercises strengthen your abdominals, deep spinal muscles and increase flexibility promoting longevity and wellness in body and mind. This approach ensures safety in movement and alignment while promoting challenge and growth within each session.
In only 10 sessions, you will feel and see the difference. Expect variety in exercises yet the same quality in essence between teachers and instruction. You'll always be challenged and we will all celebrate your Pilates movement victories with you! |
YOGA |

Styles include Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow or Iyengar depending on your certified instructor who facilitates movements that promote somatic (bodily) alignment awareness as you move through asanas.
Yoga practice helps relieve the stressors of modern day life while nurturing total well-being and is a perfect addition to other fitness modalities. Enjoy this technique Privately, in a Duet or in a Group Class. |
FASCIAL FITNESS |

Exercise your Fascial Web which consists of connective tissue, (ligaments, tendons and cartilage), and myofascial chains. Utilizes the four principles of Fascial Fitness training: Rebound Elasticity, Fascial Stretch, Fascial Release and Sensory Refinement. Benefits include improvement in pain, efficiency in movement as well as facilitation toward high level athleticism. Can be scheduled as a Private or Duet session or take a Group Class of up to ten people.
