Utilizes the four principles of Fascial Fitness training: Rebound Elasticity, Fascial Stretch, Fascial Release and Sensory Refinement. Benefits include improvement in pain, efficiency in movement as well as facilitation toward high level athleticism. Can be scheduled as a Private or Duet session or take a Group Class of up to ten people.
