Work Privately, in a Duet or Group Class
Private sessions are designed to meet your fitness needs and goals while working on Reformer, Cadillac, V-2 Max, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel and/or Mat.
Duet sessions are done with you and a friend working on Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and/or Mat.
Group sessions are for up to six people working on Reformer and up to twelve people working on Mat.

Utilizes the four principles of Fascial Fitness training: Rebound Elasticity, Fascial Stretch, Fascial Release and Sensory Refinement. Benefits can include improvement in pain, efficiency in movement as well as facilitation toward high level athleticism. Can be scheduled as a Private or Duet session or take a Group Class of up to twelve people.
